INSTRUCTION FOR DOWNLOADING, INSTALLING, AND USING THE MORTGAGE MANAGERTM

For best results, download the file to your normal download directory (or whatever directory you choose). Once the download is complete, unzip the file (using PKUNZIP, or the equivalent) to a 3 1/2" 1.44MB floppy diskette. This will take a bit longer, but will provide you with a back-up copy of the program and make installation in Windows 95 easier. (It also makes it easier for you to make copies of the disk to give to anyone you know, who might be as interested as you are in saving money.)
Install the program from the floppy diskette, as you would any other program.
When you run the program, you will be asked to enter a verification code. This code is required to access the program. Be sure to enter the code exactly as it appears here (the verification is case sensitive).
